We had a great experience with our caterer, KITCHEN by House Blend. And yes...we found our caterer 3 weeks before our wedding!!! Our menu was delicious and under $12 a person for a choice of three entrees and 4 sides. We did our own drinks & desserts, which helped lower our meal costs and allowed us to provide incredible food on our budget!
